Basic performance

1. Higher dry and wet strength.

2. Due to the stress and strain characteristics of Tencel, the adhesion force between Tencel and cellulose fiber is large, and it is easy to blend.

3. High wet modulus gives Tencel fabric low shrinkage rate. The shrinkage rate of yarn is only –044%.

4, High strength suitable for manufacturing microfiber. (ring spindle, rotary cup, air flow) suitable for weaving light fabric (80g/m2) and heavy fabric.

5. Tencel fabrics can be processed by traditional cellulose fiber pretreatment, bleaching and dyeing processes.

6, Tencel fiber round section and longitudinal good appearance of Tencel fabric with silky luster, good hand feel and drape, clothing with a sense of elegant.

7. Tencel has the characteristic of fibrilization. Through the control of fibrilization, it can be made into a variety of surface effect fabrics such as peach skin velvet, sand washing, velvet and so on, forming a new aesthetic feeling, suitable for the development of new thin strip, optical variable new fashion products.
