You must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the receipt date. 3. Whether the cost of return shipping is reimbursed or not depends on the reason for the return.
How do I make a return?
1. Email us at [email protected]. 2. Tell us about your reason for returning items and info about order number & address. If you are returning because there is product quality problem, please attach images or videos which display our product packaging and details of damaged part. 3. You will receive a return label from DUHOME after the return application is approved. 4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package. 5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. After that, it will take another 2-3 business days for shipping, depending on the local transport time.
