Car Water Pumps
The engine drives the water pump bearing and impeller to rotate through the belt pulley. The coolant in the water pump is driven by the impeller to rotate together. Under the action of centrifugal force, it is thrown to the edge of the water pump shell, generates a certain pressure, and then flows out of the water outlet or water pipe. The pressure at the center of the impeller decreases because the coolant is thrown out. The coolant in the radiator is sucked into the impeller through the water pipe under the action of the pressure difference between the inlet of the water pump and the center of the impeller to realize the reciprocating circulation of the coolant.
By advanced testing methods and theories, MAPMS repeatedly tests the reliability, durability, roughness, hardness, size and surface compositions of the water pump and its parts to achieve the best performance.

What Are the Symptoms of a Bad Water Pumps?
The water pump plays a key role to keep engine safe. When there is a problem with the water pump, it will affect the normal operation of the cooling system and then damage the engine.
If the water pump is damaged, there will be the following symptoms.
Idle Speed Problem
The automotive water pump is connected with the belt to pump cold coolant from the radiator to cool the engine. If there is a problem with the rotation of the water pump, it will directly affect the speed of the engine.
Coolant Leakage
This situation is mainly caused by the aging of the water pump sealing ring. Too tight engine combination belt will also lead to premature wear of the water pump. Moreover, the antifreeze is not replaced for a long time, the internal corrosion will eventually cause damage to the water pump. Lastly, still not replace the water pump for a long time when the water pump reaches its service life.
Noise from the Engine
Open the engine cover and start the engine. If there is a low friction noise, the water pump bearing may be damaged.
