Reason: The door wheel of the door hanger plate is damaged or the door wheel bearing is damaged. Door wheel shaft opening and welding activity. Solution: Replace the damaged door wheel, re-rivet or weld the door wheel shaft.
2. The reason for the “buzzing, buzzing” or “clicking” sound when the elevator door of the hospital bed is opened

① The gap between the eccentric wheel of the hanging door panel and the upper sill of the door is too small or too large.
②The sound of the door machine cam rubbing against the contacts.
③The bearing of the door motor is damaged.
Solution: Adjust the gap between the eccentric wheel and the upper sill to 0.2～0.5mm, coat a little Vaseline on the door machine cam, and replace the door motor.
3. There is a collision sound when opening or closing the door
the reason:
①The upper sill is installed obliquely.
②The installation of the hall door horizon guard plate is skewed or the distance is too small.
③No anti-collision rubber is attached to the hall door or side pillar.
Solution Adjust the upper sill and the ground cut to be on the same center line, adjust the verticality and distance of the hall door as the boundary guard, and paste the anti-collision rubber block on the hall door and the side pillars.
4. Reasons for the sound of “sand, sand” when opening and closing the door
the reason:
①The heavy hammer that forced the door closes rubs against the guide sleeve.
② The end of the wire rope hanging the heavy hammer is too long to rub against the column to produce noise.
Solution: shorten the length of the guide sleeve as much as possible, seal the heavy hammer with a thermoplastic tube to reduce friction, shorten the wire rope head that is too long, or wrap it with tape.
