Yes, you can ride our VICCI portable folding electric bicycle without the battery. When we designed, we considered what would happen to the rider if the battery is flat. We use a high-speed motor with a one-way clutch to ensure that there is no reluctance to force the motor when riding without electricity so that riding without electricity is as brisk as an ordinary bicycle.
