Production Process
The production technology of rubber timing belt 99YU19 is vulcanization.
the process of vulcanizing need 60 mins，we mix the raw materials as confirmed percentage and put into a vulcanizing cylinder with the mold upon 0.4 KPa high-temperature pressure after 60 mins to make every level completely fuse and conglutinate.
After vulcanizing, we get the semi-finished rubber timing belt 99YU after cooling. We use the cut machine as 19mm width cutting to get the finished product- rubber timing belt 99YU19.
