Plant Karyotype Analysis Service

Cytological markers refer to the variation of plant cell chromosomes, including chromosome karyotype (number of chromosomes, structure, satellite presence, centromere position, etc.) and band type (C-band, N-band, G-band, etc.) changes. Karyotype analysis refers to the process of artificially pairing, numbering and grouping the chromosomes, and performing morphological analysis of the cell to be tested according to the inherent chromosome morphological and structural characteristics of the organism. The chromosomes of different species have their own specific morphological and structural characteristics of chromosomes (including the number, length, centromere position, arm ratio, satellite size, etc.), and this morphological characteristic is relatively stable.
