It is suitable for processing tubing, casing and drill pipe in petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry, water and electricity, geology and other departments.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
This machine is suitable for processing all kinds of oil casing parts, pipe coupling parts, drill pipe joints and all kinds of large diameter, super long and only need to process one end of the various parts.
The machine can complete turning of outer circle, inner hole, and all kinds of thread, arc, conical and rotary body inner and outer surface. It is suitable for high efficiency, large quantity and high precision processing of oil casing and drill pipe joints and other ultra-long rotating parts in petroleum industry.

The ball screw with C3 level precision leadscrew, dustproof silk mother, longitudinal and transverse feed servo motor directly connected to ball screw through the coupling, ball screw support way, using an end fixed end this way of support can make the screw end it can extend freedom, in order to avoid the work due to temperature increase during the process of screw elongation, In order to compensate for the elongation of the lead screw caused by the rise of the working temperature and ensure the positioning accuracy of the lead screw and the rigidity of the ball screw system, the lead screw is pre-stretched and pre-tightened according to a certain thermal elongation before assembly to eliminate the influence of temperature rise on the accuracy.
