Rubber and plastic insulation board
Rubber-plastic board is also called rubber-plastic insulation board. In layman’s terms, it is an insulation material made of rubber and plastic. Because of its excellent properties of cold resistance, heat resistance, flame retardancy and flexibility, it is widely used on the surface of various pipes or containers to achieve the effect of insulation protection.
Rubber-plastic insulation board is a high-grade thermal insulation material with light bulk density, low thermal conductivity, moisture resistance, low water absorption, no combustion, no mildew, high mechanical strength, easy processing, chemical corrosion resistance (except hydrofluoric acid), non-toxicity, stable performance, both cold insulation material and insulation material, and can adapt to deep cold to higher temperature range. At the same time, its important value is not only that it will not deteriorate after long-term use, but also that it can prevent fire and shock. When used in low temperature and deep cold, underground engineering, flammable and explosive, humid and chemical erosion harsh environments, it is not only safe and reliable, but also durable. It is known as “permanent insulation material that does not need to be replaced”, so it is widely used in thermal insulation and cold preservation projects in petroleum, chemical industry, underground engineering, shipbuilding, and national defense military industry. It is used more intensively in the cold preservation and condensation prevention of water and steam pipes in air-conditioning systems and the heat preservation and heat loss prevention.
