INGAAS IMAGE SENSOR OPTIONS
Zillion Techs provides InGaAs image sensors options covering SWIR (short wave infrared) image sensors, NIR (near infrared) image sensors and IR (infrared), among which SWIR image sensors are our star products. They all have a built-in CMOS readout circuit (ROIC: readout integrated circuit), allowing easy operation.
Customizations for SWIR image sensors are available for specific applications and requirements.
