Stainless steel crimped mesh

Dashang Wire Mesh provides stainless steel pre-crimp mesh, also known as crimped weave mesh or space cloth. It is weave by prior crimped wire materials of grades 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, etc. with excellent characteristics of strength and stability. The crimps are made at the points where the weft and warp wires meet to secure the wire, thereby stabilizing the wire mesh and preventing the moving.

Generally it has 4 types of weaving:

Intermediate Crimp: In this weaving technique, the wires are crimped in a way that the crimps are not as deep as in other crimp styles. This results in a mesh with a relatively smooth surface and a tight weave, making it suitable for applications where a high level of filtration or a smooth appearance is desired.

Flat Top Weave: This weave style features a flat top surface, achieved by weaving the wires in a manner that keeps them parallel to each other. This creates a mesh with a smooth, flat appearance, making it ideal for architectural and decorative applications where aesthetics are important.

Double Crimp Weave: In this weave, the wires are crimped in both directions, creating a Stainless steel crimped mesh with a tight weave and high stability. This weave style is often used in heavy-duty applications where strength and durability are crucial, such as in security screens and fencing.

Lock Crimp Weave: This weave style involves crimping the wires in such a way that they interlock with each other, creating a tight and secure mesh. Lock crimp weave is known for its high tensile strength and stability, making it suitable for applications requiring a strong and durable mesh, such as in mining, construction, and industrial settings.
