TPI Surlyn 8940 OG is an imported off grade of DuPont&Dow’s original box, with excellent low temperature impact toughness, excellent abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, chemical resistance, and excellent melt strength (tensile non-fracture under melting).

Application of Surlyn 8940

Golf ball shell: Provides excellent abrasion resistance and elasticity

Plastic modification: As a flexibilizer to improve the toughness and cold resistance of PET, as a nucleator for PET/PBT alloy

WPC: Provides excellent scratch resistance and chemical resistance
