TCAT series of Tin Catalysts-TCAT-NS01

TCAT-NS01 is a new-generation, highly efficient chelated tin catalyst designed for reactions involving silicones, polyurethanes, and polyesters. It offers significantly higher catalytic activity than traditional dibutyltin dilaurate (T-12). When used in silane-based systems, it provides the following advantages:

● High catalytic activity and rapid curing efficiency, promoting deep-section curing.

It effectively accelerates the hydrolysis and polycondensation of silane-terminated compounds, facilitating quick surface and through-curing, and is particularly effective for deep-section curing in thick-film applications.

● High catalytic efficiency at low temperatures, addressing slow curing in winter.

It overcomes the limitations of traditional T-12 catalysts, which suffer from a drastic loss of activity—or even complete inactivity—at low temperatures.
