Tof Sensor: CS30 AI Solutions
Following the impressive performance of the CS40 Pro in AI recognition, the CS30 has also joined the AI recognition family, outputting 3D point clouds and functioning as an AI sensor. It is also equipped with the YOLOv5 model by default, capable of recognizing 80 different types of objects and accurately measuring the distance between these objects and the CS30.
TOF Sensor: CS30 AI Solution
Test Environment: To evaluate the performance of the CS30, we conducted a series of tests in an industrial setting filled with machinery, tools, vehicles, and personnel. The environment was selected for its complexity, featuring a mix of large and small objects with varied shapes, textures, and motion dynamics. The goal was to assess the CS30’s ability to recognize, track, and measure objects in real-time under challenging conditions.
Test Results: The CS30 demonstrated exceptional performance by rapidly producing high-resolution 3D point clouds and depth maps. These visual outputs highlighted the precise contours and locations of all objects within the environment. The sensor consistently measured the distance between the CS30 and various objects with high accuracy, even in areas with limited lighting and complex surfaces. The results affirm the CS30’s enhanced precision and reliability in object recognition and spatial measurement.
Test Visuals: The depth maps generated during the tests were displayed on a control panel, offering clear visual insights into the spatial arrangement and distances between objects. The depth information was highly detailed, allowing for accurate recognition and localization of objects in the scene. This feature is especially beneficial for applications requiring precise navigation and obstacle avoidance.
AI Module Capabilities: Powered by advanced deep learning algorithms, the CS30’s AI module excels in identifying a wide range of objects quickly and with greater accuracy. It also supports intelligent tracking, enabling the sensor to monitor the movements and trajectories of multiple objects simultaneously. This capability is critical for dynamic environments, providing real-time data for decision-making and process optimization.
