Two-stage RO reverse osmosis equipment
Two-stage RO reverse osmosis equipment is a highly efficient and reliable solution for producing high-purity water. It is widely used in industries, drinking water production, and wastewater reuse due to its ability to remove a high percentage of contaminants and improve water recovery rates.
Product Description
2 Stage RO System
A Double Pass Reverse Osmosis (DPRO) system works by sending the water produced from the first RO unit through a second RO unit to achieve even higher purity. In contrast, a two-stage or dual-stage RO system refers to sending the concentrate or wastewater from the first RO unit into a second RO system to recover more water. Reverse osmosis systems are designed to purify water by removing about 99% of the total dissolved solids (TDS) from the feed water. A single-pass RO system produces both purified water (known as permeate) and wastewater (called concentrate or brine) at the same time.
