BCAA, Branched Chain Amino Acid
BCAA (Branched-Chain Amino acid) is three essential amino acid powders (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-proline), which have branched chains and cannot be produced by human beings. Therefore, they must be fully present in the daily diet. Ideally, about 40% of amino acid intake consists of BCAA. BCAA is mainly concentrated in muscles, where they are necessary for the construction and repair of muscle tissue, and can be decomposed to produce energy. BCAA also causes slower muscle acidification. There is strong evidence that BCAA promotes the synthesis of mitochondria (energy-producing organelles in vivo), thus supporting tissue vitality and inhibiting tissue aging.

Benefits of BCAA, Branched Chain Amino Acid
Integral to your muscles
Build new muscle and maintain what you already have.
Especially essential during intensive exercise
They prevent body from drawing energy from muscle mass, which in turn helps prevent muscle breakdown.
Boost muscle development immediately after training
When BCAAs promote muscle building, this is known as the anabolic effect
