Combined Kit
Tuoren Combined Kit (AS-E/S) combines the rapid onset of subarachnoid block with continuous epidural drug delivery. Unlike conventional kits, we offer: Epidural needle (16G–19G, polished inner bevel, 1cm markings) + Spinal needle (Pencil Point/Quincke bevel, 20G–27G, with CSF flashback visualization), customizable catheter (normal/reinforced), two low-resistance syringe options (indicator/standard), and an NRFit® (ISO 80369-6) misconnection-prevention version. Ideal for prolonged complex surgeries (e.g., hip/knee arthroplasty, major abdominal surgery) and cases needing strong postoperative analgesia.
Product Features:
Dual-needle combination, one-step procedure – Epidural needle (16G–19G) precisely matched with spinal needle (20G–27G). Rapid spinal onset followed by continuous epidural infusion for prolonged surgery and postoperative pain control.
Two spinal needle tip designs for flexibility – Pencil Point: reduces PDPH risk, distinct dura click; Quincke Bevel: low puncture force, crisp entry. Both feature CSF flashback visualization and fitted stylet.
Epidural needle safety design – Polished inner bevel reduces catheter shearing; 1cm depth markings, high bending stiffness; fitted stylet minimizes tissue coring.
Two low-resistance syringes for tactile preference – LOR indicator (real-time pressure waveforms for objective tip positioning) or normal ultra-low resistance (pure tactile feedback).
