As global building energy efficiency standards continue to rise and the “dual carbon” strategy accelerates worldwide, Passive House, near-zero energy buildings (NZEB), and green building concepts are entering a new phase of rapid development. The construction industry is placing increasingly strict requirements on building envelope performance, air tightness, thermal bridge control, and high-performance insulation materials, driving continuous innovation in building energy-saving technologies.

Recently, the technical team of High Tech. was invited to attend the 23rd Passive House Technical Exchange. The event brought together experts from architectural design institutes, research organizations, Passive House Institute (PHI)-certified designers, and building energy efficiency specialists. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on Passive House design principles, building energy-saving technologies, high-performance envelope systems, and innovative insulation materials, jointly exploring future development pathways for ultra-low energy buildings.
