For materials of different thicknesses and types, we offer a variety of material options such as LD, H13, and SKD11. LD material has excellent toughness, suitable for shearing medium and thin ordinary plates; H13 has good thermal fatigue resistance, coping with shearing in high-temperature environments with ease; SKD11 is known for its high wear resistance, showing stable performance in shearing thick and hard metal materials.

What’s more noteworthy is that all blades undergo strict heat treatment processes, with hardness precisely controlled in the HRC58-60 range. This hardness range not only ensures the sharpness and wear resistance of the blade edge but also avoids brittle fracture caused by excessive hardness, making every shearing efficient and stable, prolonging the service life of the blade while ensuring consistent shearing quality.
