Forming Simulation: It is a necessary step to consolidate your material choice after reviewing our databases. You will see forming scenarios, flow behaviors, thinning effects, stress distributions and potential defects in the report. It allows manufacturers to predict and optimize the stamping process, reducing the need for physical trial and error.

 

Property Optimization: Simulation provides valuable insights into the formed part’s dimensions, strains, stress distribution, and springback. Our engineers are able to review and adjust the properties of material or even change a new catalog to avoid the risks during forming, this reconsideration will substantially reduce trial time and engineering cost.
