The system is composed of fire-resistant composite metal panels, insulation material, and adhesives. It is categorized into Type A and Type B panels. The fire-resistant aluminum panel consists of dual-sided 3mm, 4mm, or 5mm aluminum sheets bonded with a polymer adhesive and filled with inorganic materials such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide.

Type A panels are flat boards created by directly bonding the composite fire-resistant metal panel with insulation material. Type B panels are formed by bending the composite fire-resistant metal panel and then filling it with insulation material.
