Process of Pallet Mould Manufacturing

1. 3D pallet design mould flow analyzing

After receiving 3D model from customers, our designer and engineer teams will discuss about the 3D design shortcoming to find if there is any place has the tooling problem. For example,  de-moulding angle, strength, Pallet filling, deforming, thickness, texture etc. After mould flow analyzing, we will feedback to customers in details if there is any questions or problems.

2. Pallet mould design

For this step, we will talk about the key points pallet mould design, like steel material option, mould structure, cooling system design, components machining process and so on. DFM file will be sent for customers’ checking.

3. Pallet mould manufacturing

We will start to make the pallet mould once receiving customers’ approvel of mould design. Below is our mould manufacturing steps:

(1) Steel inspection to check the material quality and hardness.

(2) Machining to get the each parts, like core, cavity, insert etc.

(3) Assembling the mould parts together

(4) Mould trial test

During this period, we will update the mould processing status to customers every week.
