No deformation risk. PC offers excellent thermal performance with a high heat deflection temperature. Its dimensional stability ensures low shrinkage and high stability even under temperature fluctuations. PC also resists chemicals, moisture, and skin oils, keeping the document legible and functional throughout its entire validity period.
Not turn yellow over time. Thanks to its inherently stable molecular structure and superior UV resistance, PC does not yellow easily – even after years of use – unlike traditional PVC materials.

Laser engraving makes it more secure. PC is optimized for high-definition laser engraving. The laser beam reacts with carbon particles within the core layers, “burning” the data deep inside the card body – not just printing on the surface, where it could be worn off or removed without laminate protection. This enables high-resolution, high-contrast personalization that is extremely tamper-resistant.
No delamination risk. During lamination, PC layers fuse at the molecular level to form a single, seamless, solid block. This unified structure provides superior security. Other materials often rely on additional adhesives or special glues to prevent delamination – a compromise PC simply doesn’t need.
