Purified Water Generation System
The purified water generation system is the core guarantee unit of pharmaceutical production, which fully covers the process requirements of non-parenteral and parenteral preparations: in the field of oral preparations, the system provides deionized water for raw material dissolution and equipment terminal rinsing; in the injection production line, it is responsible for the initial washing of ampoules/vials and the pre-treatment supply of water for injection (WFI) system. In order to meet the global pharmacopoeia standards such as Eur.Ph and USP, the system deeply removes organic matter, soluble ions and bacterial endotoxins through a multi-stage process chain – based on reverse osmosis (RO), it cooperates with electrodeionization (EDI) to achieve ion residues <0.1 ppm, combined with ultrafiltration membranes to intercept pyrogens and ultraviolet rays (inactivate microorganisms, forming a triple purification barrier for pharmaceutical-grade pure water. This integrated water treatment solution supports modular expansion, and can flexibly configure ion exchange resins, online TOC monitoring and other units according to different cleanliness levels, strictly follow GMP specifications, and ensure water quality compliance throughout the entire cycle from laboratory to commercial production.
