The RTSD-418 Chromium Carbide Overlay Wear Plate is engineered for extreme abrasion conditions where long service life and stable performance are critical. As a premium CCO Plate, it combines a tough structural steel base with a high-chromium, high-carbide overlay, forming a durable Chromium Carbide Wear Plate suitable for continuous heavy-duty operation.
With a chromium carbide (Cr₇C₃) volume fraction of approximately 50%, this CCO Wear Plate delivers outstanding resistance to sliding wear, particle erosion, and high-temperature abrasion. Its hardness range of HRC 58–65 ensures consistent wear protection even under severe material flow and impact conditions.
