What is Viral Hepatitis?

Viral Hepatitis is liver inflammation caused by the hepatitis virus A, B, C, D, or E. According to the WHO, approximately 325 million people worldwide suffer from hepatitis B and C, which results in 1.4 million people dying every year.                                                                  

The treatment for viral hepatitis depends on the type and stage of the infection. Therefore, a pre-treatment diagnosis is necessary.
