Waterproof SPC Floor Tiles with Rigid Core | R10 Slip Resistance & OEM Supply
ZORUNHOT’s rigid core SPC floor tiles are engineered for environments where waterproof performance and structural stability matter most — wet commercial zones, high-traffic public areas, and renovation projects where subfloor imperfections need to be absorbed without cracking. Unlike standard flexible SPC planks, the rigid core construction resists indentation and dimensional movement under heavy loads, while delivering 100% waterproof performance and an R10 slip resistance rating for safer footing in damp conditions.
What Makes Rigid Core Construction Different
The rigid core layer is built from a dense calcium carbonate (limestone) and PVC composite, giving the tile significantly higher compressive strength and dimensional stability compared to standard flexible SPC or WPC flooring. This matters for two practical reasons:
Indentation & impact resistance: the rigid core resists denting under furniture legs, rolling carts, and heavy foot traffic — making it suitable for retail stores, offices, and healthcare corridors
Subfloor tolerance: the rigid structure bridges minor subfloor unevenness better than thinner flexible planks, reducing the need for extensive subfloor leveling before installation
100% Waterproof Performance with R10 Slip Resistance
Because the core contains no wood fiber or organic material, the tile will not swell, warp, or delaminate when exposed to standing water — making it suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and commercial wet zones such as hotel back-of-house areas and healthcare washrooms. The surface carries an R10 slip resistance rating, suitable for areas where footing safety is a project requirement.
