Wedge Prism

Wedge prism is an optical element with plane-inclined surfaces, usually the faces are inclined toward one another at a very small angles.  It diverts light toward its thicker portion.  Wedge prisms can be used as isolating components.

Wedges may also be used to produce a small deviation which doesnt allow return to source.

Through the above performance, our Optical prisms product advantages are as follows:

Precise optical performance:

High surface accuracy: The surface specification of λ/4 @ 632.8nm ensures its excellent performance in various precision optical applications.

Strict dimensional tolerance: The dimensional tolerance of ±0.1mm ensures the accuracy of the product and is suitable for application scenarios that require high-precision assembly.

High-quality material selection:

Using N-BK7 A-grade optical glass and fused quartz as materials, these two materials are known for their excellent optical properties and thermal stability, and can meet the use requirements in a variety of environments.

Excellent surface quality:

The finish reaches the 60-40 standard, which means that the product has a very high surface quality, reducing the scattering and absorption of light when passing through, and improving the overall efficiency of the optical system.

Flexible customization options:

Wedge prisms provide optional coating services, which can be customized according to the specific needs of users to adapt to different application environments and requirements.
