The XWD-16 row corn head is Xinwanda designed for the CLAAS DEERE and CASE combine harvesters, the row width can customized from 20-30inches(50-75cm). With special grade structural steel used for the main beam and tips with injection molding process, the corn head have more strength and less weight in harvesting.
Lightweight reinforced folding frame
The use of high-quality, high-strength special-shaped steel and high-wear-resistant sheet metal plates can resist vibration and impact, avoid structural distortion and failure due to insufficient strength, so as to improve the durability and stability of the main frame and extend its service life.
Horizontal conveying spiral blade
By adjusting the three-dimensional gap of the spiral blades to ensure the feeding of different crops, it can easily cope with changing harvest conditions. The large-diameter spiral conveyor blades ensure smooth conveyance when harvesting high-yielding crops or when the main machine is moving quickly. The height of the spiral conveyor blades is adjustable, and it has the remarkable characteristics of protecting crops, large throughput, smooth operation, and easy adaptability to high-yield crop harvesting.
Injection molding process
The ridge divider, chain cover and some wearing parts are all made of nylon casting, which has the advantages of light weight, reliable quality, easy disassembly and assembly, can be replaced individually, and low maintenance cost. Stainless steel wear-resistant strips are added to the vulnerable parts to improve wear resistance and increase harvesting efficiency.
Aluminum alloy gearbox
All gearboxes are made of aluminum alloy die-cast housing, which has the characteristics of low noise, light weight, high transmission efficiency, good heat dissipation, etc. The application of a high proportion of aluminum alloy components realizes the lightweight design of the whole machine.
