Aluminum frame formwork provided by Work-sun is composed of aluminum alloy frame and plywood, combined with various conventional formwork accessories and aluminum frame coupler, to complete concrete pouring projects for structures such as walls, columns, or floors. The durability of aluminum frame material, combined with different qualities of wood plywood (such as birch plywood, poplar plywood, eucalyptus plywood, or Combine plywood), can meet the concrete pouring needs of various building structures. After each construction is completed, simply replace the wood plywood to start the next concrete pouring project. Aluminum frame formwork are divided into wall and column aluminum frame formwork systems and slab aluminum frame formwork system. The main difference between the two aluminum frame formwork system is the different styles of aluminum alloy frames and the different building structures they are used in. The wall and column aluminum frame formwork system adopts a thicker aluminum frame structure style, with a frame height of 100mm, which can resist concrete pressure up to 60KN/㎡ and is suitable for concrete pouring projects of various sizes of wall and column structures. The Woek-sun slab frame formwork system adopts a more lightweight aluminum frame structure style, with a frame height of 120mm and adjustable aluminum supports of different heights, suitable for concrete pouring projects of different floor heights.
