Automatic powder spraying equipment can be customised:
1. Machine structure: the size of the working space can be customised according to the demand of the production process in order to reasonably control the size of the machine structure
2. Powder supply system: the parameters of air delivery and atomisation air pressure can be adjusted to change the powder output and atomisation state of the powder to achieve different film thicknesses to meet the needs of different products
3. Spray gun: equipped with 50L to 200L hopper, can easily match up to 32 spray guns.
4. Integrated adjustable sensor: Powder level sensor – adjusts the height – activates an alarm when the powder level is too low and automatically supplies a new powder system.
5. Robotic automatic powder spraying system: including wheel hub robotic automatic powder spraying system, heavy duty spinning machine bed intelligent automatic shot blasting and curing production line, etc.
