Brass Bellows
Brass Bellows Manufacturer | Custom Brass Bellows
JK Bellows manufactures H80 brass bellows for pressure sensing, industrial control instruments, valve components, and flexible sealing applications. As part of our precision metal bellows range, these brass bellows feature thin-walled corrugated structures that provide axial flexibility and pressure-responsive movement for OEM equipment.
Our precision brass bellows are manufactured primarily from H80 brass (CuZn20) using hydroforming technology. We offer different diameters, wall thicknesses, convolution designs, and end configurations, as well as custom brass bellows manufactured according to customer drawings.

JK Bellows supplies H80 brass metal bellows in different dimensions and configurations for industrial applications. The main product specifications are listed below.
The specifications cover different H80 brass bellows designs. Working pressure, effective stroke, spring rate, and service life vary with bellows dimensions and operating conditions. JK Bellows also provides custom brass bellows for specific equipment and assembly requirements.
H80 Brass Material and Product Features
Feature
Product Benefit
H80 Brass Material
Good formability for manufacturing thin-walled corrugated components.
Hydroformed Structure
Enables consistent convolution profiles and controlled axial movement.
Flexible Corrugations
Allow axial displacement within the designed working stroke.
Custom Dimensions
Support integration into pressure instruments, valves, and compact control assemblies.
Different End Designs
Provide mounting and connection options for different OEM assemblies.
H80 brass is a copper-zinc alloy containing approximately 80% copper and 20% zinc. Its formability makes it suitable for producing thin-walled metal bellows with controlled corrugation profiles and dimensions.
Our H80 brass bellows combine the forming characteristics of brass with the flexibility of a corrugated metal structure, providing a practical solution for pressure control, instrumentation, and flexible component applications.
For applications requiring different material properties, JK Bellows also manufactures Tin-Bronze Valve Bellows and Stainless Steel Vacuum Bellows. Material selection should consider the working medium, temperature, pressure, and required movement.
Brass Bellows End Configurations
Configuration
Description
Typical Use
One End Closed, One End Open
One end is closed while the other provides a pressure connection.
Pressure-sensitive elements and mechanical actuation.
Both Ends Open
Both ends remain open for connection to other components.
Flexible connections and flow-through assemblies.
Custom End Connections
End dimensions and connection structures are manufactured to the assembly drawing.
OEM instruments, valves, and customized equipment.
The end configuration of brass bellows determines how the component connects to surrounding equipment and transmits axial movement. JK Bellows manufactures precision bellows with different structural designs for pressure sensing, flexible sealing, and mechanical control applications.
For examples of related metal bellows structures, see our One End Closed, One End Open Bellows and Both Ends Open Bellows. H80 brass versions can be specified according to the required structure and manufacturing design.
Hydroformed Brass Bellows Manufacturing
JK Bellows produces hydroformed brass bellows from thin-walled brass tubes. The hydroforming process shapes the tube into a corrugated profile, allowing the finished brass bellows to provide the required axial flexibility and mechanical response.
Manufacturing includes tube preparation, hydroforming, applicable heat treatment, finishing, and inspection. Control of wall thickness, convolution geometry, and overall dimensions is important for product consistency and assembly fit.
Our related precision thin-walled tubes support applications where tube dimensions and wall uniformity are important for downstream forming.
