Tin Bronze Valve Bellows

Tin Bronze Valve Bellows Manufacturer | QSn6.5-0.1 Bellows

JK Bellows manufactures tin bronze valve bellows primarily from QSn6.5-0.1 phosphor bronze for pressure regulating valves, valve control assemblies, and flexible sealing applications. As part of our precision metal bellows range, these tin bronze bellows provide elastic axial movement and pressure-responsive mechanical performance for industrial valves and OEM equipment.

Our precision tin bronze bellows are manufactured using hydroforming technology and are available in different dimensions, wall structures, convolution designs, and end configurations. JK Bellows also supplies custom bronze valve bellows based on customer drawings, operating pressure, valve stroke, sealing requirements, and installation dimensions.

JK Bellows supplies QSn6.5-0.1 tin bronze valve bellows with different dimensional and mechanical specifications. Our published product range includes the following specifications for valve control and sealing applications.

The specifications cover different tin bronze valve bellows designs. Working pressure, effective stroke, spring rate, and service life vary with bellows geometry, wall construction, and operating conditions. The published pressure range extends to 25 MPa for suitable designs rather than every specification. JK Bellows also manufactures custom tin bronze bellows for customer-specific valve assemblies.

QSn6.5-0.1 is a copper-tin-phosphorus alloy containing approximately 6–7% tin with a small phosphorus addition. It is commonly referenced alongside CuSn6 and UNS C51900 in international material comparisons. Its strength, elastic properties, and formability make it suitable for precision corrugated metal components.

Our QSn6.5-0.1 tin bronze bellows combine the mechanical properties of phosphor bronze with thin-walled corrugated structures. They are used in valve assemblies requiring elastic movement, pressure response, or flexible sealing.

For valve assemblies requiring a different copper alloy, JK Bellows also manufactures H80 Brass Bellows. Material selection should consider the working medium, temperature, pressure, and mechanical requirements.
