Cathodic White ED Paint

140°C Low-Temperature Cathodic White ED Paint

LENDEER cathodic white ED paint is an acrylic cationic electrophoretic coating developed for metal products requiring a smooth, high-gloss white finish.

The electrophoretic coating achieves a hardness of up to 4H, exhibits RCA wear resistance of over 300 cycles, and provides excellent leveling with a fine and smooth texture, offering a comfortable tactile feel. It is particularly suitable for surface coating and processing of products in industries such as digital electronics, home appliances, sanitary ware, and lighting fixtures.

Key Advantages of White Cathodic Electrophoretic Paint

140°C Low-Temperature Curing

This cathodic white electrophoretic paint cures at temperatures as low as 140°C. The lower baking requirement makes it a practical choice for coating lines, assemblies and decorative components where curing conditions must be carefully controlled.

Hard and Wear-Resistant Surface

A cured film hardness of up to 4H helps the coating resist scratching and handling damage. RCA wear resistance above 300 cycles further supports the use of this white e-coat paint on frequently handled electronic, appliance, bathroom and lighting components.

Smooth, High-Gloss White Appearance

With gloss above 85 at 60°, the coating produces a bright decorative surface. Good leveling helps reduce visible unevenness and creates a fine, smooth film with a comfortable tactile feel, making the product suitable for appearance-sensitive metal parts.

Strong Adhesion and Controlled Film Build

The coating achieves 100/100 adhesion under ASTM D3359-95 and supports a film thickness of 10–25µm. Electrodeposition also helps the white electrodeposition coating form a consistent layer on parts with detailed shapes and recessed areas.

RoHS-Compliant Coating Solution

The product has an SGS harmful-substance test report and complies with RoHS requirements. This provides a clear compliance reference for manufacturers serving electronics, appliances, sanitary ware, lighting and related industrial markets.
