The Concrete Pipe Making Machine is a high-efficiency production system designed for manufacturing reinforced concrete drainage pipes from DN300 to DN1650.
Using vertical radial extrusion technology, semi-dry concrete is continuously fed into the mold and compacted by a rotating extrusion head. The combination of extrusion pressure, controlled forming, steel cage positioning and surface smoothing produces concrete pipes with high density, accurate geometry and smooth pipe walls.
Compared with conventional centrifugal and roller suspension concrete pipe production methods, radial extrusion significantly improves production efficiency while reducing mold requirements, energy consumption, wastewater generation and workshop noise.
For DN300-DN1200 concrete pipes, the typical extrusion forming cycle is only 2-3 minutes per pipe, making the system especially suitable for concrete pipe factories requiring high-volume, automated production.
