Cage soccer fields utilize a modular frame structure, combining ease of installation with aesthetic appeal. The frame is typically constructed from high-quality concave steel tubing, with the frame modules prefabricated in the factory, ensuring high precision and consistent quality. On-site installation simply involves assembling the individual frame modules according to the design plan using bolts and other connectors. This eliminates the need for complex construction techniques and large-scale equipment, significantly shortening the installation cycle and reducing installation difficulty. The surface is usually specially treated, resulting in rich colors and long-lasting durability.
Components and Materials
The main components include the wire mesh frame, steel structure, artificial turf, and lighting equipment.
1. Steel pipe posts: Ф76mm*3.0mm. The upper and lower split frames use 40*60*2.0mm grooved pipes with welded caps. The posts are buried 400mm underground.
2. The frame uses reinforced steel mesh, fixed with stainless steel screws. The total height of the fence is 4m, with posts spaced 3m apart.
3. Mesh: PVC wire diameter Ф4.0mm, galvanized wire diameter Ф2.6mm, 50mm*50mm mesh chain link fence.
4. The site includes two single gates, constructed with 40*60*2.0mm galvanized pipes.
5. All screws and anti-theft caps are made of 304 stainless steel.
