Galvanized steel fence
A zinc steel fence (also referred to as zinc alloy steel railing or galvanized modular fence) is a prefabricated perimeter fencing system constructed from Q195/Q235 low-carbon steel tubes and pickets, protected by a two-stage corrosion-resistant treatment: hot-dip galvanizing as the base layer, followed by electrostatic powder coating as the decorative and weatherproof outer layer.
Unlike traditional welded iron railings that corrode and require frequent repainting, the zinc steel fence system is engineered for decades of maintenance-free performance. Its weld-free, bolt-and-socket modular assembly means panels can be installed, repositioned, or replaced in sections without heavy equipment or skilled welders — making it the preferred choice for municipal infrastructure projects, residential estates, schools, and commercial boundaries.
We manufacture Guardrail Mesh panels in a range of profile styles to suit different project aesthetics and security levels:
Flat Top (Horizontal Rail Design) The most widely used style for residential estates, gardens, and community boundaries. Clean, contemporary lines with 3 or 4 horizontal rails and evenly spaced vertical pickets. Panel height: 600 mm – 1,800 mm standard.
Spear Top (Pointed Picket) Vertical pickets extend above the top rail with pointed or lance-shaped tips, adding a visible deterrent element. Common in school campuses, government facilities, and commercial perimeters.
All styles are available with custom heights, picket spacing, post caps, and RAL color powder coating.
