H Type Full Automatic Layer Quail Cage
The H-shaped fully automatic Layer Quail Cage is a high-end breeding equipment specially designed for modern intensive quail farming. It adopts a multi-layer three-dimensional H-shaped structure and integrates an automatic control system to achieve fully automated operations from feeding, watering, manure removal to egg collection.
The H-shaped frame structure is adopted, with independent ventilation and walking channels formed between layers. This not only ensures a stable structure and strong load-bearing capacity but also significantly improves the space utilization rate of the chicken house. Compared with traditional floor rearing or simple cage rearing, the stocking density can be increased by more than 50%.
Fully Automatic Egg Collection System
Equipped with horizontal and vertical conveying devices, it takes advantage of the rolling characteristics of the eggs after quails lay them to automatically collect the quail eggs to the designated position. The egg collection process is gentle, effectively reducing the egg breakage rate, ensuring the surface of the quail eggs is clean, and eliminating the need for manual picking.
Automated Feeding and Watering System
Feeding: Spiral or overhead automatic feeders are used to provide precise feeding at regular intervals and in fixed quantities, ensuring that every layer and each quail can eat evenly and avoiding feed waste.
Drinking water: Equipped with nipple drinkers to provide automatic water supply throughout the day, ensuring clean and hygienic water quality, effectively preventing the spread of diseases, and avoiding wetting the quail’s feathers and bedding.
Under Layer Quail Cage, there is a PVC conveyor belt or scraper manure removal system, which can promptly transport quail manure out of the cages. The manure removal process can be automatically carried out at regular intervals as needed, maintaining a dry and hygienic environment inside the Automatic Quail Cages.
