This component is manufactured via insert overmolding process. Pre-fabricated motor core metal inserts are positioned inside customized injection mold cavity, then thermoplastic resin is injected to fully encapsulate partial or whole insert structure. Raw insert materials include cold rolled steel, silicon steel sheet and copper terminal as per dimensional drawings; overmolding thermoplastics adopt PA66, PBT, PP or ABS based on operating ambient requirements.
