Multi-point feeding elevator
The multi-point feeding pendulum bucket elevator conveyor is a bulk material handling system designed to receive material simultaneously from two or more upstream sources — multiple processing machines, multiple conveyor outputs, or multiple floor-level collection points — and consolidate that material into one continuously running bucket chain that lifts it vertically and delivers it to a single discharge point or a small number of downstream positions.
The Multi-point feeding elevator mainly consists of a drive system, conveying chain, hopper, machine base, and feed and discharge ports.The multi-point feeding elevator uses the same pivoted bucket mechanism as the standard pendulum bucket elevator family: each bucket is suspended from the chain by pivot pins, remaining horizontal throughout all travel — vertical, horizontal, and through corner transitions. The multi-point feeding function is implemented at the lower horizontal section, where multiple inlet gates are positioned at intervals along the run.
1. The drive motor rotates the sprocket, causing the traction conveyor chain to perform cyclic reciprocating motion;
2. Materials enter the hopper through the low-level feed opening and are conveyed upward via the chain to the top turning point;
3. After smooth directional switching by the steering mechanism, the material moves horizontally along the chain to the designated position;
4. Upon reaching the high-level discharge port, the material is discharged via gravity or a material transfer device to complete the entire conveying process.
The lifting speed and conveying capacity of the equipment can be precisely adjusted via a frequency converter.
