Parker Gear Pump – Gear Pump Pipeline Classification, Role

In the hydraulic system, all components are connected by pipes to realize the transportation and piping of the working medium between the pipes and the pipes (pipes, pipes, flanges, etc.).

Pipes have different names because they each have different functions.

  1. Working pipeline: pressure pipeline, oil suction pipeline and oil return pipeline.

2 non-working pipeline: leakage pipeline, pilot gas pipeline.

Parker Gear Pump      description: The gear pump working line transmits oil related to energy conversion. The suction line transfers oil from the tank to the pump; the pressure line is transmitted under pressure to the actuator; the return line is the hydraulic energy in the oil that is sent back to the tank from the actuator after it has been used up. The non-working line is an auxiliary line that does not carry the main energy of the transfer oil. The leak line is used to return the leaking oil or the discharged pilot oil to the tank. On the other hand, the pilot pipe transmission control unit operates the oil used.
