PTO Drive Shaft Assembly Material Composition and Strength
The PTO drive shaft assembly is constructed using premium-grade materials to ensure durability and mechanical strength. The main tube is manufactured from 45# or 40Cr seamless alloy steel, offering excellent torsional resistance and impact strength. The universal joint yoke, forged from 40Cr or 20CrMnTi alloy steel, undergoes carburizing and quenching to achieve high surface hardness and wear resistance.
The cross shaft and bearings are made from GCr15 bearing steel, ensuring smooth rotation and minimal wear. Additionally, the protective guard, made from reinforced engineering plastic or thick steel, provides long-lasting resistance against environmental damage.
