Structure Description
YJV cables consist of conductors, insulators, and sheaths. Conductors are generally made of oxygen free pure copper, insulators are made of cross-linked polyethylene, and sheaths are made of polyvinyl chloride. Different materials can be added to the insulation body to make it suitable for different environments, such as flame retardant, fire-resistant, low smoke and halogen-free, etc.

Specification
YJV cables (copper conductor cross-linked polyethylene insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cables) commonly include conductor cross-sectional areas ranging from 0.75mm² to 1000mm² (such as 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5, 4, 6, 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 70, 95, 120, 150, 185, 240mm², etc.), with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV. The conductor is made of oxygen-free pure copper, the insulation is made of cross-linked polyethylene, and the sheath is made of polyvinyl chloride, meeting the requirements of GB/T 5023 or IEC 60502 EN-50525 standards, suitable for different electrical installation needs.
Packaging
For small quantities: YJV cables are usually packaged in rolls, wrapped with plastic film or woven bags, and labeled with specifications, model, length, and production batch number.
For large quantities:Large quantities are packaged with wooden shafts.
