Our 3D EPS wire mesh panel technology integrates galvanized 3D EPS wire mesh panel components to enhance the durability and longevity of concrete structures. These panels comply with National Standard JGJ / T 269-2012, ensuring high structural integrity.
Light duty steel mesh framed expanded polystyrene panel is applied to design and construction of which load-bearing wall component and floor board members for seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees or less, building of 10m or less, floor number of 3 floors or less.

The styrofoam with wire core is made of flame-retardant molded polystyrene foam (EPS), providing excellent thermal insulation. The concrete wire mesh on both sides enhances strength and impact resistance. The panel’s galvanized 3D EPS wire mesh panel structure ensures corrosion resistance, reducing long-term maintenance costs.
2. Structural Performance of Wire Mesh for Concrete Walls
These panels meet rigorous wire mesh for concrete and concrete forms wire mesh standards. The Concrete Reinforcing Steel Mesh is diagonally inserted across the polystyrene core using high-tensile, galvanized steel wires, connected by spot welding to form a rigid structure.

The steel wire mesh of 3D EPS plate and galvanized steel wire for inserting is adopt low carbon steel wire, and the standard value of tensil strength(fstk) is not less 550N/sqmm, the design of tensil strength(fy) is around 320N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity(Es) should adopt 2.0 * 105N/sqmm.
The wire diameter of 3D EPS plate steel wire mesh is not less than 2.2mm,the mesh size is 50x50mm. All steel wires conform to the General Purpose Low Carbon Steel Wire GB/T 343 standard, ensuring reliability in wire mesh for walls and concrete wire mesh applications.
Be used for galvanized steel wire for inserting inclined of conrete wall reinforced with 3D panel and concrete floor/roof slab reinforced with 3D panel,per square meter quantity is not less than 117pieces; Be used for galvanized for inserting inclined of non-bearing-loading wall, per square meter is not less than 58 pieces, also conform to below technical data sheet.
