DLZL-DR05 Domestic Refrigerator Trainer vocational training equipment is made from an actual large domestic refrigerator-freezer. The Basic Refrigeration Learning System is ideal for exploring the typical operational and functional properties of HVAC systems. Principles of operation can be demonstrated, as well as basic operational drills performed. Original cabinets are provided, and many key components have been relocated and placed next to the equipment for visualization.
The refrigeration learning system functions same a domestic refrigerator/freezer of about 100-200 liters, with a freezer, freezer section. Part of the interior is fitted with a glass panel. Sight glass and high/low pressure gauges are installed in front of the evaporator, which is more convenient for continuous observation of the refrigerant state. The operation of the unit is controlled by a thermostat, and it is possible to monitor the temperature of the refrigerant at various states along the refrigerant line through a multi-point digital thermometer. Temperature readings and pressure readings are used to plot a pressure-enthalpy (P-H) diagram of the refrigerant cycle so that the thermodynamic properties of the refrigerant can be observed.
