The Four-Wheel Concrete Laser Screed Robot is Fangshi Technology’s high-capacity autonomous concrete floor leveling machine, engineered for large-area ground-floor slab construction. Designed for the concrete screeding stage — immediately following concrete pouring — this robot autonomously navigates across fresh concrete surfaces, simultaneously distributing, vibrating, and leveling the material to achieve a flat, uniform, compacted floor with laser-guided precision.
Powered entirely by Fangshi’s proprietary battery-driven platform, the robot produces zero carbon emissions during operation, making it suitable for enclosed environments such as underground parking structures, enclosed industrial facilities, and climate-controlled commercial interiors where diesel or gasoline-powered equipment is impractical or prohibited.
The Concrete Floor Finishing robot is built around two core technology systems: an intelligent laser leveling algorithm that continuously adjusts the screed head elevation in real time against laser reference signals, and a wire-controlled four-wheel drive chassis with omnidirectional maneuverability that enables smooth, uninterrupted passes across large open slabs with minimal repositioning.
