Dry-type transformers use air as the cooling medium, with windings cast and formed by epoxy resin and other insulating materials under vacuum. Their core advantages focus on five dimensions: fire resistance, moisture resistance, explosion protection, environmental friendliness and recyclability, and maintenance-free operation. Compared with oil-immersed transformers, they do not require oil storage components such as oil conservators and radiators, featuring a more compact structure and being suitable for various scenarios with strict safety and environmental requirements.

Product Structure Features

Adopts high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets (grade 30Q130 and above) with 45° full mitred joint lamination technology, effectively reducing no-load loss and operating noise, and improving energy conversion efficiency. The core surface is treated with a special insulating coating, featuring good oxidation and corrosion resistance. The overall design adopts a core-less lifting structure, with strong mechanical stability and improved seismic shock resistance, suitable for multi-condition installation needs.
