Performance advantages
The YQW series oil/gas-fired vertical thermal oil boilers utilize a circular coil structure for their core heating surface, designed with two-pass or three-pass coils depending on the boiler’s specific specifications. The core heating surface consists of an inner ring of radiant heating tubes and an outer ring of convective tubes. After fuel ignition in the burner, the resulting flame releases radiant heat within the inner coil (first pass). High-temperature flue gas converges at the rear furnace door and then returns to the second pass convective tube area for heat exchange. Subsequently, it turns towards the third pass tube area at the front furnace door for further waste heat recovery. An economizer or air preheater can be configured at the tail end as needed. This structural design incorporates several detailed optimizations: the coil ends utilize a tapered or conical coil process to effectively protect the furnace walls from high-temperature impact; the inner coil maintains a large flow rate to ensure a safe operating factor at high temperatures; and the coils are manufactured using CNC one-time forming and full argon arc welding processes, with real-time X-ray imaging inspection to eliminate weld defects from the source. Furthermore, the Thermal Oil Boiler is shipped fully assembled, requiring only connection to oil, gas, and electricity on-site for immediate operation.
