Performance advantages
The SZL series biomass steam boiler adopts a double-drum longitudinal arrangement, with a chain grate as the combustion equipment. The boiler consists of two main parts: the upper part is the main heating surface composed of double-drum convection tubes, and the lower part is the combustion equipment. The furnace sides utilize membrane water-cooled wall structures to reduce air leakage and heat loss. The front and rear water-cooled walls extend downwards to the upper part of the grate, forming water-cooled front and rear arches. These water-cooled arches increase the furnace heating area and strengthen the arches. The rear of the furnace contains the combustion chamber and convection tube bundle area. An economizer is installed at the boiler flue gas outlet. Secondary air is incorporated into the furnace to enhance combustion and improve efficiency.
