Performance advantages
The WNS series oil/gas-fired steam boiler is a horizontal, internally fired, wet-back, three-pass boiler . It is shipped pre-assembled for easy installation, reducing on-site installation work. The boiler uses PLC fully automatic control, enabling unattended operation.The Gas-fired Boilers adopts a fully corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tube structure. After fuel combustion, the flue gas passes sequentially through the furnace (radiative heating), the combustion chamber, and the threaded smoke tube bundle (convective heating), forming a three-pass heat transfer path, which effectively increases the heating area. Combined with the large furnace design and the tail-end economizer and condenser, the exhaust gas temperature can be as low as 60℃, and the thermal efficiency can reach over 98 % .With the aid of low-NOx combustion technology, nitrogen oxide emissions can be controlled below 30mg/m³, meeting stringent environmental protection requirements. The smoke chamber door features a hinged design, facilitating opening and maintenance and reducing the difficulty of later upkeep.
